16 home games highlight slate

ABILENE – The ACU men's basketball team will have 16 home games inside Moody Coliseum for the 2009-10 season.
With eight of the Wildcats first ten games at home it will give fans a chance to see all of the new faces as the Wildcats lost nine letter-winners from last year. In that span the Wildcats play host to NCAA Tournament participant Dallas Christian on December 21. From the Lone Star North Division and a participant in the NCAA South Central Regional, the Central Oklahoma Bronchos will tussle with the Wildcats on December 19.
NCAA Regional Semifinalist Midwestern State is in Abilene on January 30 and the Wildcats will travel to Midwestern State to take on last season's LSC post-season tournament champion. ACU will play rival West Teas A&M, January 16 at home and they end the regular season in Canyon on February 27.
The 2009-10 LSC basketball pre-season polls and awards will be released on Tuesday October, 27.
