ABILENE -- The ACU volleyball team will host a tryout for prospective walk-on players on Sunday, Jan. 17, at Moody Coliseum on the ACU campus. The tryout is open to students currently enrolled at ACU, junior college transfers and high school seniors.
The two-hour tryout will begin at 3 p.m. with the check-in process beginning at 2:30 p.m. For further information, contact head coach Kellen Mock at

lindsey.campbell@acu.edu or 325-674-2383. Please RSVP to one of the two coaches of your intention to participate in the tryout by Friday, Jan. 15, at 5 p.m.
In order to participate in the tryout, players must bring proof of a medical physical done within the past six months. All participants will also need to complete a signed copy of the
ACU Prospective Student Tryout Waiver Form as well as a signed copy of the
Assumption of Risk, Release and Indemnification Agreement.
High school seniors must have exhausted their high school eligibility in volleyball to participate in the tryout. Two-year college students and four-year college students must provide written permission from their respective schools allowing ACU to contact the student. Any student who has transferred to ACU from another four-year institution will be required to provide a release from that institution.
