Nicholas Dill joined the ACU staff in July 2023 as academic coordinator for football. He also serves as academic advisor for men's and women's cross country.
Dill graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2021 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science degree in mass communications. He was a student-athlete in football and a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma - National Student-Athlete Society. While at NWOSU, he also served as the Great American Conference representative for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

As an undergraduate, Dill won first place for In-Depth Reporting from the Oklahoma Press Association as well as first place for Enterprise Reporting from the Oklahoma College Media Association.
Dill is from The Colony, where he was standout kicker earning recognition as All-State Honorable Mention, First Team All-District, Academic All-District and Texas Sports Writers Association Third Team All-State.
